Holy Family Basilica

Standing at the centre of Nairobi's Central Business District, Holy Family Basilica is the cathedral of the Archdiocese of Nairobi and one of the most recognisable churches in East Africa. The present building, with its tall twin clerestory and soaring nave, was completed in 1963 and elevated to the status of minor basilica. It serves a vast and diverse city congregation, from early-morning commuters to Sunday families.
